Shipping & Refund Policy

I ship daily, so your orders will get to you in a timely manner!

Shipping is a flat $4.00* charge.  Orders over $99.99 (before tax) ship FREE! All items ship (unless otherwise noted) via USPS First Class 2-5 Days. *Shipping to Puerto Rico, Military APO’s and Guam is a bit higher.

Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer.  Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. I am not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information. Please create an account and ensure your contact information and shipping address are current and correct. 

I ship through PayPal and tracking information is available upon request. I am not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, lost or undelivered by USPS.  I package the items safely and securely, but once it enters the postal system, it is out of my hands (literally).  Insurance is available upon request by customer.  Request must be received within 3 hours of placement of the order.   

I do my best to ship same day or next day, but sometimes I am not able to do that due to high volume or other circumstances, so please allow at least 10 days for your package to arrive.

FREE SHIPPING:
Orders may not be combined to reach the threshold for free shipping.  The method of shipping offered at no cost under these terms is “Standard Shipping” i.e. First Class Mail or Parcel Post/Parcel Select.  In the event that a customer would like priority shipping, they would be responsible for the whole shipping amount.  

Use of the free shipping promotion negates the customers right to return an item under any circumstance.

International Shipping:
This service is not available at this time. Shipping is only available to (or in) US, Puerto Rico, Military APO’s and Guam.

REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final.  No exchanges are offered, as items are limited-edition and replacements cannot be guaranteed.
  • If a NEW unused/unworn item is defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please contact me within 3 business days at flamingoangiebling@gmail.com to request a replacement (if available) or refund.  
  • Normal wear and tear of a worn item is not eligible for refund or return.
  • O-rings, Jump rings or adhesive loss can be repaired with minimal effort and/or jeweler’s glue.  Please contact me for assistance.
  • I accept no liability for shipping delays/errors or damage upon shipment.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

  • PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST.  Upon approval, you may be asked to mail your product back.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
